Sensory Wellness Massage is committed to providing a relaxing environment. The following policies, guidelines and suggestions are intended to enhance your experience.

Sexual Harassment Policy:
​Certain behaviors, such as unwanted touching of a therapist or unwelcome actions, comments or questions of a sexual nature, are always wrong. We are a ZERO TOLERANCE wellness center. Our clients and staff should all feel safe at all times. If a client or staff member breaks the zero tolerance rule, they will be asked to leave immediately, not to return. (Inappropriate behavior, talk, or touch are not allowed.)


Reservations policy:
Reservations may be made up to 2 months in advance. As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all appointments. You are always welcome to call/text prior to your appointment to confirm exact times, services, and ask any questions you may have.

Tardiness/No-show Policy:
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late & we are unable to contact you, the appointment will be considered a no show. After a no-show, clients will be charged 100% deposit to rebook or will loose a monthly credit.. I understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but may receive an abbreviated session. Clients needing to reschedule are welcome to do so 24 hours prior to appointment time.

Prices Policy:
We are constantly expanding & improving our services to bring you the latest experiences. Although we make every effort to keep our website updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at anytime. 

If cost is an issue that would stop you from receiving services you need, please contact Kylee at sensorywellnessmassage@gmail.com, to see about available community wellness programs. 

*We offer a 10% discount to all veterans, healthcare professionals, first responders & teachers with ID for individual sessions. 

 

Gratuity: 

Although we appreciate gratuity, it is not necessary or expected.


Special Conditions:
Please notify us before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant. If you feel you have a medical condition or are currently under medical supervision, it is recommended that you consult your physician before hand.

Age Policy:
Must be 18 or older to make a reservation for any massage therapy services.

Guests under the age of 18 require parental or guardian consent before may be treated (depending on age, guest may need to be accompanied by an adult.)

Other Tips for your visit:

  • You are our priority, we want to ensure the best experience possible. To avoid any unwanted stimuli, we accommodate one appointment at a time and request that electronics be turned off before entering.

  • Remember to rest, cool down and drink plenty of water before and after a massage session.

  • We want our clients to feel relaxed and comfortable. You will be modestly covered during your custom massage session, this way you can undress to your comfort level. 

  • Assisted stretch massage - please wear loose, comfortable gym clothing. 

  • Post massage - drink plenty of water & relax your mind and body. If soreness occurs post deep tissue work, this is normal. Applying a moist heat and ice or soaking in a warm Epson salt bath may help with any discomfort.
